Teeth Whitening Guide

This is the first step towards a brighter, whiter, healthier-looking smile that will make you more confident! We are proud that our products are made in the USA and are natural, vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free, and kosher.

• Complete the waiver and ensure there are no reasons you should not be whitening your teeth.
• We will take a before picture of your smile (using the Shade Guide).
• We will measure the starting shade of your eye tooth.
• You will be supplied a dental bib—drooling is very common—the glossy side will face you and be secured with a bib holder.
• Insert Teeth Retractor—this keeps tissue away from the gel and allows the light to provide direct coverage.
• Use the finger wipe with the blue side wiping your teeth—whitening gel is more effective on clean teeth. Use the white side to dry your teeth.
• Use the hydrating swap (Vitamin E) to wipe the gum line to protect the gums.
• Using the pen, evenly apply 1/4 Of the tube to both the top and bottom teeth—this is 16% hydrogen peroxide, the active agent which will whiten your teeth—ensure that the entire front tooth surface is covered.
• Put on the protective goggles—this protects you from the LED light!
• Sit with your open mouth between 1 and 2 inches in front of the LED lamp, activating the gel.
• At 15 minutes, remove the cheek retractor, spit out the gel in one cup, and rinse your mouth using water from the other cup.
• Repeat 3 times for 4 rounds in total.
• Remineralization Gel: you will go home with this gel to reapply to your teeth over the next 24 hours—this gel rehydrates and helps desensitize your teeth.
• For the next one to two hours after treatment, only drink water—avoid coffee, tea, colas, red wine, grape juice, or other dark juices or sauces for at least 24-48 hours.
